Dear Editor,
The American Samoa Environmental Coalition is organizing a territory-wide beach cleanup on Saturday, February 1st, and we need your help!
Our beautiful beaches are increasingly threatened by marine debris and litter. Last year's cleanup removed over 2,000 pounds of trash from our shorelines.
Volunteers can register at any village mayor's office. We will provide gloves, bags, and refreshments. Please join us in protecting our island's natural beauty for future generations.
Fa'afetai,
ASEC Organizing Committee

This is really important news for our region. I hope the recovery efforts continue to receive the support they need. Sending prayers to all those affected.
Agreed! The Pacific community always comes together in times like these.
Great coverage by Samoa News as always. It's crucial that we stay informed about what's happening in our neighboring islands.
Does anyone know how we can donate or volunteer to help with the recovery efforts?
You can donate through our official website or contact our local office. Every bit helps!
