Dear Editor,
I am writing to express my concern about the deteriorating road conditions in the Tafuna area, particularly along the main road connecting our village to the industrial park.
Every day, residents risk damage to their vehicles navigating potholes that seem to grow larger with each passing storm. Several accidents have occurred in recent months due to drivers swerving to avoid these hazards.
While I understand that infrastructure projects require significant funding and planning, the current state of these roads poses a safety risk that demands immediate attention.
I urge our representatives in the Fono to prioritize road repairs in the upcoming budget discussions.
