Hawaiian Airlines announced today that it will add an additional weekly flight between Pago Pago International Airport and Honolulu, providing travelers with more options for connecting to destinations across the United States mainland.
The new flight, scheduled to begin March 1, will operate on Wednesdays, complementing the existing Monday, Thursday, and Saturday service.
"American Samoa is an important market for Hawaiian Airlines, and we're pleased to offer this additional service to meet growing demand," said the airline's regional director.
The announcement was welcomed by local business leaders who have long advocated for increased air connectivity to support tourism and commerce.
